[BAT] dstumbler patches (sound, live logging, fakeGPS)

I have done extensive hacking on dstumbler-v0.3, the biggest changes
add support for sound (/dev/speaker) and for automatic logging to a file.
I've put up my code at:

I would appreciate feedback on my customization, but please do not mirror
or redistribute this version, as I very much do _not_ want to fork the
source code, nor do anything to detract from the great work done by
David Hulton on this package.

Most of my stuff is just cosmetic improvements, and I am aware of a couple
of minor display bugs in my code, and expect that my current 'variant' beta
code will be obsoleted by the next official release.
