[BAT] merging dwepdump files

Hello,

I've noticed when merging large files, the final merge is a factor
larger than the sum of the previous files. I'll try to recreate
this by not using client data, unlike the other files ;-) IIRC,
one file was 400K while the other was 10K. The result was above 4M
(once again, working from memory, so these numbers may be off, but
I recall the "4" and the final merge being roughly 10 times the
sum). I only noticed this on larger merges, and not merging two
small files.

As stated, I'll try to replicate this when feasible. The system
was FreeBSD 4.5-R using v0.2 of the bsd-airtools. The card was a
Linksys.
