[BAT] missing common.h?

Zed,

If you compile dstumbler without the proper kernel patches you're going to
loose a lot of the functionality (monitor mode and scan mode). However, if
you really want to do it, you can manually copy the
source-mods/common/common.h.in to /usr/include/bat/common.h and modify the
line in the file that includes your if_wi_ieee.h header. Then, dstumbler
should be compile fine, but you can only use it with the (legacy) -s option.
